Description

Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) Naples, FL. This position involves independently planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care within the Labor and Delivery department of a healthcare facility. The RN will provide direct patient care, participate in team activities, and support quality improvement initiatives, with minimal supervision.

Job Details

  • Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, starting from 07/13/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association; intermediate computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows; minimum of 0 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Epic electronic medical record system experience; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 90 days of hire; STABLE certification within 1 year of hire; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire; Basic cardiology certification within 60 days of hire; EPIC assessment pass required on first day; experience with fetal monitoring using fetal link; ability to circulate and recover cesarean sections and gynecological cases.
  • Additional Information: The candidate must demonstrate competence in fetal monitoring, neonatal and obstetrical diagnoses, and safe use of Tocolytic agents. Must be able to assist with intrauterine procedures and manage high-acuity, high-risk patients. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as well as adherence to hospital policies and safety procedures.
