Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) located in Reno, Nevada. This role involves providing high-risk obstetric care within a busy, fast-paced Level 2 trauma center. The position requires flexibility to float to other maternal units and adapt to varying department needs, including weekends and holidays.

Job Details

• Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts during daytime hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: NV State RN license prior to start; at least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery within a high-risk hospital setting; certifications including Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); experience in a Level 2 trauma environment preferred
• Additional Information: Travelers may be required to float to other maternal units up to their competency level. May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period. Renown has the right to call off, without penalty, 48 hours in advance for low census per a 13-week contract.
