Job Summary:
This location in Sun City West, Arizona, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Intensive Care Unit. Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Location: Sun City West, Arizona
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact RN license; BLS certification is required; experience in an acute care hospital setting for at least one year within the past 12 months is preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher; professional certification related to ICU nursing is preferred
• Additional Information: The RN will perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Responsibilities include direct patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient and family education, documentation, and participation in quality improvement activities. This role may involve supervising staff and working with a multidisciplinary team to promote excellent patient outcomes. The facility operates in a typical direct patient care environment, requiring physical agility and effective communication skills.
