Medical Surgical Floor Nurse Lawton, OK. This position involves developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care for a diverse patient population, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to maintain professional nursing standards within the clinical setting, adhering to facility-specific protocols and standards of care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Oklahoma state nursing license; BLS (American Heart Association) certification; NIH certification; 2 years of Medical Surgical (MS) experience required; candidate must have a valid permanent address, preferably local.
- Certification and Licensure: Valid Oklahoma state nursing license; certifications include NIH and BLS (AHA).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within a hospital or acute care setting, familiarity with facility policies and protocols.
- Additional Information: Develops and implements patient care plans, providing leadership in nursing practice and collaborating with ancillary and patient team personnel.
