Description

Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse Waco, Texas. This role involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with the healthcare organization's established policies, procedures, and protocols. The position requires implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, and coordinating interdisciplinary care to ensure optimal patient outcomes on a 55-bed unit.

Job Details:

Location: Waco, Texas
Shift Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least 1 year of experience in emergency nursing or a related field
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) are preferred
Additional Information: The nurse will serve as a primary coordinator of patient care, note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and assist with discharge planning needs involving the healthcare team
