Job Summary
The healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU Cardiovascular position located in Walnut Creek, California. This opportunity involves providing specialized intensive care within the ICU setting, with a focus on cardiovascular patient needs. The role is scheduled for night shifts, offering a minimum of 36 hours per week starting on August 10, 2026.
Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU OH)
- Location: Walnut Creek, California
- Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in ICU nursing
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in nursing or a related field
- Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred
- NIH Stroke Scale certificate preferred
- CCRN certification preferred
- Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience preferred
- Additional Information:
- Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering specialized patient care in a cardiovascular ICU setting, adhering to facility protocols, and ensuring patient safety and well-being throughout the shift.
