Description

Job Summary:
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse position is located in Modesto, California. This role involves providing specialized care in a neonatal intensive care environment, focusing on critically ill newborns. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional capable of managing complex neonatal cases with compassion and clinical expertise.

Job Details:

Schedule: Night shifts with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience; graduate of an accredited nursing program; licensed as a Registered Nurse (in the state where care is provided); Basic Life Support certification; Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification; Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field; seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care (within last ten (10) years).
