Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Evanston, Illinois. This role involves providing specialized care for premature and critically ill neonates in a high acuity Level III NICU setting. The position requires a dedicated professional capable of managing complex clinical situations and supporting micro preemies, including those requiring respiratory support and surgical care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Illinois Licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), at least 3 years of NICU nursing experience, and current certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high acuity neonates, Level III NICU experience, familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Additional Information: May float to other healthcare facilities within the NorthShore system. Float assignments will be communicated up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled shift. Orientation is 12 hours with 6 hours non-billable. The position is located at 2650 Ridge Avenue, Evanston, Illinois.
