Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This full-time position involves coordinating and implementing patient care within the operating room setting. The role requires ensuring high standards of safety and quality in a fast-paced environment, supporting the mission of the healthcare provider, and demonstrating professionalism and clinical expertise.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license; BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS certification from the American Heart Association; 0 years minimum experience, graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an operating room environment.
- Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, developing individual care plans, performing point-of-care testing procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Responsibilities include effective communication, delegation, and participation in unit growth and development initiatives. The position may require floating to other locations and working on-call shifts as needed. The start date is 08/10/2026, with the facility providing hospital scrubs and supporting a professional work environment.
