Job Summary:
The Nurse Executive is responsible for overseeing clinical and administrative operations within a healthcare organization. This leadership role involves strategic planning, staff management, policy development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position emphasizes fostering a patient-centered environment and aligning services with organizational goals to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline or field from an accredited college or university; five years of progressively responsible directly related work experience in administrative and/or managerial positions; RN (Registered Nurse) licensure in the state or a compact licensure.
• Additional Information: The role involves collaboration with human resources for staff recruitment, performance evaluations, policy development, regulatory compliance (including JCAHO, CAP, OSHA, FDA), budget management, and leadership in operational and clinical settings. The incumbent will regularly review departmental activities, support organizational mission, and communicate effectively across all levels of staff and medical personnel.
