Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse Longview, TX. This position involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy ER setting. The nurse will independently perform routine and complex patient assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing; 1 year of experience in emergency nursing preferred; BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are required; RN license in the state of Texas or equivalent compact license
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency room specialty
• Additional Information: All newly hired experienced registered nurses must attend new nurses orientation within the first 30 days of hire. Orientation includes precepted training with a designated experienced staff member and competency validations specific to emergency nursing. Completion of annual competency verification is required.
