Job Summary:
Emergency Room RN in Ironwood, Michigan. This position involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a Level IV trauma emergency department. The RN will be responsible for managing patient care in a 10-bed ER with an annual volume of approximately 11,500, ensuring adherence to unit protocols and maintaining patient safety during night shifts.

Job Details:

• Location: Ironwood, Michigan
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), minimum 2+ years emergency department experience, Epic charting experience, ECI Triage trained, splinting skills, associate degree or certificate
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Additional Information: The facility operates a 10-bed emergency department with a nurse-to-patient ratio suited for an annual volume of 11,500. ICU float is preferred but not required. The position requires participation in every other holiday rotation. There is potential for low census hours and call-back opportunities that may count toward unbillable hours. The contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours. Scrubs may be any color.
