Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) in Farmington, Connecticut. This position involves circulating and, preferably, scrubbing in complex neuro, spine, orthopedic, vascular, and robotic surgeries. The role requires handling a variety of surgical cases independently, supporting a dynamic schedule with rotating hours, weekends, and holidays.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 10 hours per shift, with at least 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certified Registered Nurse with 4-5 years of operating room experience, including circulating in neuro, spine, and orthopedic surgeries. Scrubbing experience is highly preferred. Experience with DiVinci robotic cases is advantageous.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to scrub in complex neuro, spine, vascular, and orthopedic surgeries. Comfort working with robotic surgical systems.
• Additional Information: The assignment requires flexibility with on-call responsibilities, including at least one weekend per month. Time-off requests should be minimized and approved prior to assignment. Mandatory overtime may be required to ensure adequate coverage. The facility may reassign personnel within a 30-mile radius to different departments or units based on operational needs.
