Job Details:

• Location: Springfield, Illinois
• Shift: 12-hour days, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Illinois nursing license, BLS & ACLS certifications, relevant ICU cardiovascular experience including PICC line management, Starting IVs, and patient monitoring.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS are required.
• Additional Qualifications: Prior charge nurse experience and proficiency with Cerner charting system are preferred.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, starting August 3, 2026.
• Responsibilities: Managing cardiovascular intensive care patients, including PICC line management, arterial line management, assisting with chest tube procedures, ventilator management, and patient assessments.
• Open to float within scope as needed.
• Special Requirements: Effective management of PICC lines and starting IVs required; previous charge nurse experience and Cerner system familiarity preferred.
• Submission Requirements: Active Illinois license or in application process with ETA, background check disclosure, and verification of certifications before start.
