Description
Job Summary:
Sterile Processing Technician in Tucson, Arizona. This position involves performing activities such as decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation, as well as assembling and delivering case carts and replenishing materials. The role requires collaboration with surgical teams to ensure the availability of accurate and complete surgical supplies and instrumentation.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Evening shift with 8 hours per shift and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: No minimum experience required. Education requirements include relevant certification or training as a Sterile Processing Technician. Candidate must be located in or willing to work in Tucson, Arizona.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in sterile processing or surgical instrument sterilization is a plus.
- Additional Information: The role involves working with software applications related to sterilization processes, assembly, and delivery of surgical case carts, and collaboration with surgical partners to meet operational needs.
