Description
Job Summary:
Step Down Unit Nurse Practitioner in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position involves providing specialized care for surgical patients, including post open heart, heart transplant, LVAD, leg bypass, rib resections, and pneumonectomy cases. The role requires extensive experience in telemetry and critical patient management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: No minimum years of experience specified. Candidates must have relevant certifications and education requirements appropriate for a nurse practitioner license and surgical patient care.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with postoperative surgical patient populations and telemetry monitoring is highly preferred.
