Job Summary:
This Medical Surgical Floor RN position is located in a facility in Winfield, Alabama. The role involves working in a 49-bed hospital setting, providing care on a Medical Surgical unit with a ratio of approximately 1:6-7. The shifts are 12 hours long during daytime hours, and the assignment includes every other weekend. The position requires demonstrating recent experience in medical-surgical nursing and compliance with specified certifications.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2 years recent Medical Surgical experience; Alabama license on file at time of submission; current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience, Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience, weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Orientation begins on 08/26/2026, with an initial start date of 09/09/2026. The facility has a ratio of 1 nurse to 6-7 patients and is a 49-bed facility. The role involves working every other weekend with an IVS to Interview, Manager to Offer process.
