Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at a facility located in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves providing patient care on a specialized unit with a focus on renal patients, requiring excellence in clinical skills and patient safety during 12-hour day shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, starting on 08/18/2026
• Required Qualifications: RN licensure, BSN degree, BLS and ACLS certifications, 2+ years of experience in a PCU or ICU setting, and the ability to work in the Fort Worth, TX area
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with renal patient care, graduate of an accredited nursing program, and specialized certifications in relevant procedures or specialties
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The role involves handling patient safety rounding, bedside shift reports, and care coordination. Dress code requirements include neat, clean scrubs with specific policies for nails, hair, tattoos, and piercings. Staffing includes two positions, with a focus on patient-centered care on a unit with 18 beds and a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.
