Job Summary:
Maternal Child Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a healthcare organization located in Silver City, New Mexico. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in Labor & Delivery, Newborn Nursery, Level II Nursery, and Mother-Baby units. The nurse will assess and interpret patient data, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure high standards of care during designated shifts.

Job Details:

• Position: Maternal Child Health RN delivering care in Labor & Delivery, Newborn Nursery, Level II Nursery, and Mother-Baby units.
• Schedule: Night shifts with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico or multi-state licensure, Basic Life Support (AHA) required upon hire, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA) required upon hire, Neonatal Resuscitation Program required upon hire, Womans Health and Neonatal Fetal Monitoring certification required upon hire, STABLE certification preferred, Baby-Friendly experience preferred.
• Work Experience Requirements: Three years of experience in Labor & Delivery, three years in Nursery, and three years in Medical Surgical nursing. Proficiency with Meditech or comparable electronic medical record documentation preferred.
