Job Summary:
The healthcare professional is needed for a Medical Surgical (MS) specialty position on a medical surgical floor in Indianapolis. This role involves providing patient care in a unit that primarily manages medical surgical patients. The assignment starts on August 10, 2026, and requires a commitment to a consistent night shift schedule.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 1900-0730, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 2 years of experience working on a Medical Surgical (MS) unit, and ability to work the night shift.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in acute care and medical surgical settings, positive team-oriented attitude, flexible schedule.
• Additional Information: The candidate must be available every day during the first week of orientation for onboarding at the designated facility location, which is on the 4th floor of the Heart Center. Parking is available toward the back of the parking lot in the yellow-lined parking spots in front of the emergency room. The role involves working with a patient ratio of approximately 1:5/6 and operating in an Epic electronic medical record environment.
