Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical with Telemetry professional for a position in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role involves providing patient care in a hospital setting, focusing on adult medical-surgical units with telemetry monitoring. The position starts on August 3, 2026, offering a 12-hour night shift schedule.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification, education, or degree requirements are not specified; a minimum of 0 years of experience required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic fetal heart monitoring is preferred; prior travel experience or level 1 trauma experience is advantageous.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required; specific floating occurs in 4-hour blocks while on shift, but it is rare.
  • Additional Information: The role involves working between 1:3 and 1:5 patient ratios and floating to emergency department holds, inpatient holds, post-anesthesia care units, and other boarding units. Every other weekend work is required, including weekends for nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and days (Saturday, Sunday). Candidates must have been separated from the organization for a minimum of 6 months to be considered (including permanent, per diem, or contract). The employer's interview services team will conduct a call for IVS review prior to submission.
