Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Registered Nurse (RN) in Springfield, Illinois. This role involves providing specialized care within the interventional cardiac catheterization lab, focusing on diagnostic and interventional procedures for adult patients. The position offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment dedicated to advanced cardiovascular services.

Job Details:

• Shift: 3x12 Days (06:30 AM 07:00 PM)
• Schedule: Shifts on days, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Illinois RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, minimum 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, interventional cardiac lab experience including diagnostic and interventional procedures such as adult left heart catheterizations, pulmonary artery line monitoring, right heart catheterizations, and procedural sedation management. Experience with Cerner charting system is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Open to first-time travelers, with flexibility to work 2-3 weekends per contract.
• Additional Information:
  • Willingness to float within scope as needed.
  • On-call required, as needed.
  • Must have active IL license in hand to apply.
  • RTO restrictions: ideally no more than 5 days.
  • Candidate must complete compliance requirements such as lab appointment, DocuSign documentation, and badge photo within 1 week of contract signing.
  • Orientation includes virtual at-home Day 1 with modules to be completed by 4:00 PM CST.
