Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse position in Mount Shasta, California. This role involves working in an acute care setting within the ICU, providing critical care services. The position supports a dynamic environment requiring flexibility across multiple departments, including ICU, Emergency Room, and Medical-Surgical units.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, with the first to float across ICU, ER, and MedSurg units.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and COVID-19 vaccination certification. Education requirements and California licensure are necessary. Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant clinical settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Additional Information: This is a float pool position with the ability to float between departments as needed. The unit notes indicate the position is a traveler role with the possibility of variable assignments within the acute care environment. The facility can cancel up to four shifts within a 13-week assignment or three shifts for shorter durations.
