• Additional Information: The facility features a 43-bed capacity with varying patient ratios, an EMR system using MatrixCare/MatrixBSN, and no IV care required for LPNs. The unit is a two-story facility primarily serving dementia patients. The assignment begins on 07/27/2026, with a committed length of 13 weeks and the potential for guaranteed hours.
