Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Nurse in Winchester, Massachusetts. This position involves providing specialized obstetric care within a Level 2B special care nursery designed to care for premature infants born at or after 32 weeks of gestation and moderately ill newborns requiring around-the-clock care. The role requires a credentialed professional capable of working night shifts, with a focus on maternal and neonatal patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Neonatal with State Licensure, Bachelors Degree in Nursing, location in Massachusetts, and at least 0 years of clinical experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in labor and delivery and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) settings
- Additional Information: NO local travelers will be accepted (candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility). Orientation occurs weekly (every Monday barring a holiday). Candidates must provide available dates and times for interviews at the time of submission. All travel, perm, or per diem staff who have worked for the organization within the last six months will not be considered. Parking options are limited and can be expensive (up to $43/day); public transportation is available.
