Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Silver City, New Mexico. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment, functioning as a primary nurse in Triage, Main Emergency Department, and Fast Track areas. The role may include floating to other hospital departments as needed, ensuring consistent standards of safety and patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current New Mexico or multi-state Registered Nurse license, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC certification, and 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Emergency and/or critical care experience; Medical Surgical experience is preferred
• Additional Information: The RN will assess and interpret patient data, provide patient-centered care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. The position involves functioning in multiple departments within the emergency services setting and may require float to other hospital units as directed by hospital leadership or the House Supervisor.
