Job Summary:
Medical Surgical (MS) Nurse Hamilton, MT. This position involves providing professional nursing care to patients with various acuities across the age spectrum on a medical-surgical floor. The role requires evaluating the nursing process, documenting findings in the electronic medical record (EMR), and collaborating with ancillary staff and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); NCLEX (Nursing licensure); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher; Montana state nursing license or eligibility; 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical-surgical nursing; additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) are preferred.
• Additional Information: The position requires providing care to a diverse patient population with various acuities, evaluating patient conditions, and documenting accurately in the EMR. It involves collaborative teamwork and communication with healthcare providers and ancillary staff.
