Description

Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Open Heart Nurse role available in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This position involves providing specialized cardiac surgery care for a variety of procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), mitral valve repair/replacement (MVR), aortic valve replacement (AVR), transcatheter aortic valve replacements (TAVRs), and laser lead extractions. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in cardiovascular operating room settings, and will be available to start on August 31, 2026.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications and education requirements include a valid RN license, a minimum of 2 years of cardiovascular operating room experience, and relevant clinical qualifications. No specific experience requirement is listed beyond the minimum of 2 years. The candidate must be willing to work day shifts.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience scrubbing and circulating for CABG, MVR/AVR/TVR, robotic MVR, robotic AVR, aortic dissection repairs, aneurysm repairs, root replacements, TAVRs, and laser lead extractions. Ability and willingness to float to the medical/surgical operating room during periods of low cardiovascular case volume are preferred.
  • Additional Information: Candidates should be comfortable working in a high-tech facility with multiple spacious suites. Care is provided to patients across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics, in a setting that supports a wide range of surgical specialties including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastics, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgeries.
