Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position is located in Glendale, Arizona. This role involves providing high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care to patients on the unit. The assigned RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and supervising direct clinical care within the designated shift, supporting facility leadership to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Location: Glendale, Arizona
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing licensure, relevant certification, current clinical experience in the Progressive Care Unit or similar setting, and active license in Arizona or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a hospital or equivalent HCF with diverse patient populations.
• Additional Information: The RN will assume responsibility for patient assessments, care planning, and direct patient care on a shift basis. The role includes supervision of staff and delegation of appropriate care, supporting the organizations commitment to high-quality, safe patient care.
