Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This position involves providing acute care services in a facility's surgical department. Job Details:

• Certifications Required: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association (AHA), Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (AHA), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association (AHA)
• Education Requirements: No specific educational requirements listed
• Years of Experience: 1 year minimum experience required; no experience requirement specified
• Location Requirements: Candidates must reside within 80 miles of the facility
• Schedule: Days shifts, typically starting around 6:45 AM, with a shift duration of 9 hours, and a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Preferred Skills: DaVinci, Orthopedic spine, General, Orthopedic totals, ENT, Urology, GYN, C-sections, Endoscopy; scrubbing experience is required
• EMR System: Cerner
• Additional Notes: Must note if clinician has previously worked for the facility; those with prior employment must have an end date at least 6 months before the current submission date. All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility.
• Float: Possibly assisting in outpatient surgery center during shifts
• Dress Code: Scrubs provided, clinician supplies own shoes
