Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse opportunity in Tucson, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards, utilizing specialized nursing knowledge and clinical skills to meet patients' physical, psychological, social, and developmental needs.

Job Details:

• Location: Tucson, Arizona
• Shift Schedule: Days shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or a compact RN license; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred; additional professional certifications related to emergency nursing are desirable.
• Additional Information: The nurse will perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory, and accreditation requirements, delivering effective, safe, and equitable patient care. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, documentation, collaboration with the healthcare team, and participation in quality improvement activities. The role may involve supervising staff and overseeing patient flow as appropriate.
