- Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support); a minimum of 1 year of perioperative/nursing experience; current licensure, with non-Oregon licensed RNs eligible for a 90-day temporary license if the permanent license is not posted before the start date.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The client does not accept local candidates and has a 50-mile radius restriction. Call off or cancelation may occur with a 24-hour notice within the 13-week period. There are 12 hours of non-billable orientation during the first week; guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
