Job Summary:
Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a facility located in CONROE, Texas. This role involves providing psychiatric nursing care to patients in a specialized behavioral health setting. The position requires working night shifts, with orientation occurring bi-weekly on Mondays.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift (7:00 pm 7:30 am), minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current RN licensure, at least 21 years of age, minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred.
• Additional Information:
  • Unit has 96 beds with a patient ratio of 1:12
  • Unit notes mention facility fixed notes; orientation occurs bi-weekly on Mondays
  • No call requirements
  • Dress code includes scrubs in any color, with no jeans, t-shirts, hoodies, open-toed shoes, or clothing with strings
  • Employment is structured as a contractor replacement, starting on 08/10/2026
