Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse position available at a healthcare facility in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves providing patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a focus on quality, compassionate service. The position requires adherence to facility protocols and strong clinical skills to meet patient needs during Night shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Two or more years of Medical Surgical (MS) nursing experience, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, proficiency in EPIC electronic medical record system, current licensure in Maryland, and previous employment experience within Johns Hopkins facilities in any capacity.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a hospital setting on a Medical Surgical unit, familiarity with hospital policies, and excellent communication skills.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have worked for any Johns Hopkins health system facility, with at least a one-year gap before applying if previously employed as staff, PRN, or travel nurse. Candidates should verify their prior employment with Johns Hopkins before submitting application.
