Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse - Iowa - Dubuque. This position involves providing emergency care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. The role requires working night shifts with a focus on critical care, emphasizing emergency procedures, trauma, and pediatric support.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 24 months of current Emergency Department (ER) or Emergency Room experience, proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system, Iowa or compact/Multistate active nursing license, and certifications including American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale, and TNCC. Drip/Titrate experience in critical care settings required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tele measure/read, highly preferred.
• Additional Information: Orientation sessions available on 08/03/2026, 08/10/2026, and 08/17/2026. The assignment includes working 1-2 of the upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed. Candidates must have the ability to work scheduled on-call periods at $9/hr with a minimum of 2 hours, and a call back rate of 1.5x with a 2-hour minimum.
• Submission requirements: Current work history with 24 months of emergency room experience, specific skills checklist, active Iowa or equivalent license, professional references within the last 24 months, and documentation of required certifications.
