Job Details

• Location: Montour Falls, NY
• Schedule: Evening shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; 1+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting; ability to perform assessment, monitoring, recording, and reporting patient conditions; willingness to perform responsibilities including dropping down to an LPN Med Cart as staffing permits
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in medical-surgical or skilled nursing environments; demonstrated leadership skills; knowledge of evidence-based practices and documentation in electronic medical records; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, sit, or stand for extended periods; effective communication skills
• Additional Information: The RN Team Lead will be responsible for managing time, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards. Must be able to oversee unit functions, participate in staff meetings, and potentially float to other units based on staffing needs. This role requires physical ability to operate medical equipment and assist with patient mobility as necessary.
