Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Sonora, CA. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment. The position includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during night shifts.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS or HS-BLS or RQIBLS) certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience in ICU; prior nursing experience in critical care settings
• Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient health data; analyzes assessment information; develops and implements patient care plans; coordinates care delivery and promotes a safe environment; evaluates progress toward outcomes; collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team; participates in discharge planning; delegates duties appropriately; provides health education; performs other job-related duties as assigned
