Description
Job Summary:
Long Term Care registered nursing professionals are needed in Peoria, Illinois. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care on a dedicated Long Term Care unit within an acute care setting. The role requires delivering individualized patient care, managing chronic conditions, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour nights shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Illinois registered nurse license, BLS certification (American Heart Association), minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in Long Term Care or similar settings.
- Duties: Providing direct patient care, managing chronic illnesses, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Additional Information: New hires will complete classroom orientation per organization policy and receive two shifts of unit-specific training with a preceptor.
- Start Date: 08/03/2026.
