Description

Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse in Winchester, Virginia. This position involves providing specialized surgical nursing care within a busy OR environment. The role requires delivering quality patient care and supporting surgical teams during procedures in a 6-operating room unit.

Job Details:

Shift: Days, 10 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: VA State License or Compact, Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, with at least 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system
Preferred Qualifications: Operating Room Circulator experience and ambulatory surgical experience
Schedule: Days, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM (4x10s)
Additional Information: Position is in a facility with 6 Operating Rooms. The patient ratio is typically 1:1. Dress code is scrubs, with colors provided by the facility.
