Job Summary
The Emergency Room (ER) nursing position located in the healthcare facility offers an opportunity to provide critical care during night shifts. The role involves delivering direct nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating multidisciplinary efforts to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a high-acuity trauma environment.

Job Details

Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week, every other weekend
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications via AHA, 1 year of nursing experience, and current professional references
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trauma or emergency care settings
Additional Information: Provides direct nursing care in an adult trauma emergency room. Must implement and monitor patient care plans, assess and coordinate discharge planning, and serve as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care. Responsible for documenting patient conditions and executing physician orders.
