Emergency Room Nurse in Lodi, California. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a busy emergency department setting. Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Acute care facility experience preferred. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an emergency room environment.
- Additional Information: Candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, the ability to delegate appropriately, and a commitment to providing a safe and healing environment. The position involves participating in discharge planning and ensuring continuity of care for patients.
