Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse specializing in surgical procedures, located in Long Beach, California. This position involves supporting a variety of surgical specialties within a hospital setting, with a focus on robotics experience and critical patient care. The role offers consistent daytime hours with the opportunity to float within the hospital based on census needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 08/10/2026.
• Required Qualifications: California nursing license in hand, at least 2 years of hospital OR experience, BLS (Basic Life Support) and CNOR (Certification for Operating Room Nurses) certifications, robotics experience, and elective procedure experience including orthopedics, neurovascular, ENT, and general surgeries.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC charting system, prior cardiac or trauma level I or II experience, and the ability to float within the hospital based on census.
• Additional Information: The position requires flexibility for call shifts, including weekend coverage, and adherence to pre-approved time off policies. Orientation includes approximately 8 hours of EPIC training and 4 hours of allied module education. Candidates must provide Nursys verification pulled within the last two weeks and submit at least one reference.
