Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position in North Richland Hills, Texas. This role involves providing perioperative patient care in a facility that specializes in orthopedic, spine, and neurology procedures. The position offers day shift hours and requires on-call responsibilities approximately five days a month.

Job Details:

• Location: North Richland Hills, Texas
• Shift: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; experience in Orthopedics, Spine, or Neurosurgery; certifications relevant to OR nursing; ability to work the specified schedule; 0 years of experience minimum
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotic procedures; familiarity with Meditech electronic medical record system; strong clinical skills suited for perioperative care in orthopedic and neuro procedures
• Unit Description: The unit has 7 beds and 4 in the Day Surgery Center, staffed with typically 5 nurses and 5 Certified Surgical Technologists during the day shift. The unit operates with a focus on orthopedic, spine, and neurological surgeries, requiring candidates with specialized procedural experience.
• Additional Information: Candidates should demonstrate a strong personality fit for perioperative teams, adhere to scrubs dress code (scrubs provided), and follow all unit policies and guidelines. On-call duties are limited to approximately five days per month.
