Job Summary:
Nursing Supervisor position located in Salem, Massachusetts. This role involves providing administrative, operational, and clinical leadership for all services within the facility during night shifts and every other weekend and holiday. The Nursing Supervisor serves as a clinical resource for patient care, collaborates with medical staff and support services, and ensures compliance with nursing standards and patient safety protocols.

Job Details:

• Position: Nursing Supervisor, RN Supervisor
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 08/16/2026
• Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing, current Massachusetts RN license, current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, 3+ years of advanced Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience, ability to read Tele Strips and perform Cardiac Drips, perform medication titrations, and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Preferred Qualifications: Critical care nursing experience
• Additional Information: The Nursing Supervisor provides oversight of patient care, conducts rounds, investigates patient issues, and collaborates with clinical and support teams to maintain high standards of care. Must be able to read Tele Strips and perform Cardiac Drips, including medication titration. Responsible for notifying the Administrator-On-Call of serious issues, incidents, and disasters.
