Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Oncology Floor Registered Nurse position located in Manchester, New Hampshire. This role involves providing evidence-based care to oncology patients through autonomous nursing practice, utilizing the nursing process for patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The position requires a commitment to critical thinking and patient safety, with responsibilities aligned to current clinical standards and practices.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent, valid RN license applicable in the state of New Hampshire, ONS Chemo Bio Certification, BLS certification, 0 years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN).
• Additional Information: The Clinical Nurse is a credentialed member of the Professional Nursing Organization and is responsible for autonomous practice guided by professional tenets. The candidate must demonstrate competence in utilizing the nursing process, critical thinking, and monitoring patient status to ensure safe and effective care.
