Description
Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse in Sioux City, Iowa. This role involves providing advanced patient care within a fast-paced healthcare environment, supporting multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and well-being. The position offers an opportunity to work during night shifts, with a focus on flexible float coverage and comprehensive clinical responsibilities.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of previous step-down experience, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS required, Iowa state license required, work history/resume required, skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission, copy of relevant certifications, drivers license required, first-time travelers are welcome, must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (or local with a 10% rate reduction in Madison)

- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: This position requires the ability to quickly interview via phone call or text, with mandatory orientation sessions scheduled throughout the year. Candidates must have patient care experience in step-down units and relevant certifications.
