Job Summary:
Wound Care Specialist in Sioux City, Iowa. This position involves delivering specialized wound management within an interdisciplinary team, contributing clinical knowledge to patient care, and providing coverage across local campuses. The position may require float within the same discipline across multiple sites. The role begins on 08/03/2026 and offers a daytime schedule.
Job Details:
- Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Start Date: 08/03/2026
- Required Qualifications: One year of previous experience, relevant state license, drivers license, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year, license verification, copy of certifications, one supervisory reference, and a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (or within 10% for local candidates in Madison).
- Additional Information:
- Phone call/text from a 405 area code for interviewer contact
- Contribution to care with possible float across local campuses
- EMR system: EPIC
- NBO: 16 hours
- Overtime (OT) billable after 40-48 hours/week, with billable OT hours of 36-40 hours/week
- Call back multiplier of 1.5x with a minimum of 2 hours
- Call pay multiplier of 1.5x for callback shifts
- Orientation scheduled for August 3-4 and August 17-18
