Job Summary
Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) in Page, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the Labor and Delivery department within a health care facility. The RN will provide specialized care, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes during the childbirth process.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D) preferred, along with any relevant professional certifications.
- Additional Information: The RN will assess patient needs, formulate individualized care plans, coordinate and delegate nursing activities, and maintain thorough documentation in the patient record. The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with healthcare team members, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.
