The infusion therapy specialty position is based in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering infusion treatments while adhering to organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or equivalent licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Experience in infusion therapy or related clinical area; new graduates with relevant training may be considered.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Professional certification related to infusion therapy or relevant specialty is advantageous.
- Additional Information: The role involves performing clinical assessments, administering infusion treatments, documenting care, and collaborating with healthcare team members. Effective communication and proper body mechanics are essential. The position may require lifting up to 75 pounds and using standard precautions due to exposure risks.
