Job Details:

• Location: Leesburg, Florida
• Position Title: Surgical Technologist CVOR
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Schedule: 8-Hour Day shift from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Travel Required: Yes
• Float Required: Yes Float rotation may be required
• Required Qualifications:
  • Certifications: NBSTSA, NCCT, or AST (within 1 year of hire/transfer)
  • BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, graduate of surgical technologist program
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience, CVOR surgical tech experience required, previous travel experience required, experience in academic or teaching facilities required, no 180+ day gap from clinical employment
  • Additional Skills: Recent HEART experience required, strong cardiac experience highly preferred, flexibility required, peripheral experience preferred, calls as needed with a 45-minute response time, at least 1 reference within the past 12 months

• Additional Information:
  • Manager interviews required
  • HCF issued scrubs provided
  • FL ACHA approval may take up to 14 business days
  • RTO Policy: No RTO first 2 weeks of new assignment; maximum 8 days for the 13-week contract
  • Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Policy: Medical exemption requests allowed for the 2026-2027 season; exemption form must be included in the submission package
